Create an administrative portal page that allows editing of all header/navbar content including main navigation links and sub-menu items. The system should store all modifications in a database so that changes made through the admin interface will automatically reflect on the frontend website. 

The admin page should provide controls to modify:
- Main navigation menu items (HOME, ABOUT, ACADEMICS, ADMISSIONS, LIFE @ VVU, STORIES, RESOURCES, VENTURES.) and can even add new menu items.
- Sub-menu items under each main category
- Link URLs and destinations
- Menu text labels and titles
- Any additional navigation elements visible in the header section
Ensure that the saved content persists in the database and dynamically updates the frontend header/navigation when changes are applied.
